We're a brand-new small bakery opening in Margate Old Town, specialising only in
fresh buns
-- from classic cinnamon buns to a variety of flavours and styles. Our central kitchen is based at Maple Leaf Business Park, Ramsgate.The Role
Produce high-quality buns (cinnamon buns and other varieties) consistently. Oversee dough prep, proofing, baking, and finishing. Work independently during early morning shifts. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
At least 2 years' bakery experience, ideally with buns/pastry. Skilled in dough handling and baking. Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused.
