We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our Bakery team ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and production, contributing to our commitment to exceptional artisan baking. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the bakery knowledge, with a keen understanding of food safety standards.

, and we work, 5 days per week this includes weekends, so the applicant must have own transport.
Responsibilities
Prepare and weigh a variety of doughs according to established recipes.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including, measuring and weighing
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and efficient bakery operations.
Adhere to food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
Experience
Proven experience in food production or preparation within a professional Bakery environment is essential.
Bakery qualifications or relevant training in baking techniques are highly desirable.
Familiarity with baking processes and techniques is an advantage.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous experience in a bakery.
