Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of a variety of food items, including baking and cooking tasks Support the team in maintaining efficient food production processes Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with safety and hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area throughout shifts Follow recipes accurately and adhere to portion control guidelines Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed Support the team during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery

Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid UK driving license Previous experience in food production, food preparation, or a culinary environment is essential Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene Minimum of 2 years experience with baking, cooking, and general kitchen operations Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Willingness to learn new techniques and contribute positively to the team environment
