The Role
We're looking for a talented and detail-focused Industrial Baker to take charge of baking high volumes of cakes and muffins. This is baking at scale - working with powerful mixing and baking equipment, managing large batch processes, and making sure every product meets strict quality standards.
You'll prepare mixes for the next day's production, operate ovens, and ensure that cleanliness, safety, and efficiency are maintained at all times.
What You'll Be Doing
Producing
large volumes
of cakes, muffins, and loaf cakes to exact recipes.Operating industrial mixers, ovens, and baking equipment.
Weighing and preparing large-scale mixes ahead of production runs.
Monitoring baking times, temperatures, and quality checks.
Following food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Keeping your workstation spotless in a busy, high-output bakery environment. What We're Looking For
High-volume baking experience
- ideally in a food manufacturing setting.Con?dent using industrial bakery equipment such as large dough mixers and ovens.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Able to work efficiently under time pressure while maintaining quality.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload.
Great attention to detail - every batch must be perfect.
