Baker/Bakery Assistant

Kitchen Bakes Limited is a leading supplier of baked fresh and frozen products to the independent retail sector throughout Northern Ireland. Our success is based on providing quality products supported by an excellent standard of customer service.

A vacancy has arisen within our company for a Baker/Bakery Assistant with an immediate start.

Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of tarts, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality Monitor oven temperatures and baking times Decorate baked goods as required Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Experience

Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is desirable, but full training will be provided

Knowledge of food production processes and techniques

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Hours of work:
Mon-Thurs: 0630-1530
Friday: 0600-1100
