Overview:
We are seeking a Cafe bakery Assistant . As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe. ,This position requires excellent customer service skills, basic food preparation knowledge, complete cleaning schedule every week, with food hygiene certificate, and the ability to work as a team player, If you have a passion for hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you

Also required to work in the snack van to cover holidays .

Responsibilities:
-
- Provide exceptional customer service to all cafe patrons
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain weekly cleaning tasks and organization of the cafe area
- Assist with catering orders
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

- driving license required ,help out in snack van, provide cover on staff days off.

- stock taking and maintaining stock in the cafe area.

- making sandwich filling, cash up and general cleaning at the end of the shift.

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

-Driving license
