Job Summary:

3am - 8am Every Saturday.
We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various bakery tasks to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the culinary arts and food production.

Duties:

- Prepare items ready for 6am collection to be transported to retail items

- Finish a variety of cakes/ doughnuts, experience of using a piping bag is desirable
- Follow recipes and instructions to maintain consistency in product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Assist in packaging finished products for display or sale

Skills:
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Basic baking skills or a willingness to learn how to bake
- Experience in food production or a culinary environment is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced bakery setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Previous experience as a cook or in a restaurant setting is beneficial
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
