Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the queue effectively to ensure pedestrians can pass the bakery safely.
Provide clear directions, information, and assistance to guests.
Monitor queue behaviour to maintain safety and comfort for all visitors.
Communicate wait times accurately and manage guest expectations.
Liaise with team members to ensure accurate information is shared with customers.
Support the bakery's safety and customer service standards.
Respond calmly and efficiently to guest enquiries or complaints.
Manage crowds effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing or crowd management role strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, friendly, and approachable personality.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrive in busy environments.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
