We are looking for a Bakery Manager who has a passion to join the GAIL's family and to be
inspiring
to a team by empowering them daily and being theircoach
through leading by example. You should be motivated by strategicplanning
and execution in order to deliver great results whilst maintaining our high standards. With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be anaccountable
leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring.As this is a bench role, the successful candidate will be expected to provide support across our bakeries within the London area. Locations may include, but are not limited to: Queen's Park, Great Portland Street, and Baker Street. A base bakery will be assigned in alignment with business needs.
