We are looking for reliable and motivated Baker Operatives to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will assist in preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of bakery products to the highest quality standards.

The Olidor Group also includes Brusco Food Group, an industry expert in ingredients supply, Karimix, a specialist worldwide inspired sauce producer, and The Original Baker, a producer of premium artisan baked goods.

What You'll Be Doing

Follow recipes and production instructions accurately. Report any issues or non-conformances to the supervisor. Ensure only in-date, approved ingredients are used. Adhere to HACCP and food safety procedures (e.g. temperature checks, metal detection). Maintain personal hygiene and follow company hygiene policies. Clean work areas during and after shifts (clean-as-you-go policy). Pack and dispatch products as instructed. Participate in training and staff meetings as required. Perform additional tasks as assigned, with training provided.

What You Bring

Previous experience in food manufacturing is desirable, but full training would be provided. Basic understanding of hygiene practices in a food production environment. Awareness of food safety standards such as HACCP and BRC would be advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. A flexible, proactive and solution focused approach.

Hourly Rate:

12.25 per hour

Working Arrangements:

Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm, fully onsite.
