Taboo Group operates across two bakery brands, Amore Treats and Taboo,supplying a growing network of wholesale customers across Northern Ireland and mainland UK. As our business continues to grow and expand, we are looking for reliable and motivated Bakery Operatives to join our production team.

Role Overview

As a Bakery Operative, you will support the day-to-day production of baked goods, ensuring products are prepared, finished, packed, and dispatched to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food production environment and takes pride in quality and consistency.

Hours:

2 Shift Opportunities: 04:00 - 12:00 / 06:00 - 14:00

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily bakery production across both brands Preparing, baking, decorating, and finishing products as required Packing and labelling products accurately for wholesale customer orders Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety Following production schedules and instructions from bakery management Supporting stock rotation and ingredient handling Working as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production targets

Skills & Experience

Essential

A strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team

Desirable

Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment Basic food hygiene knowledge or certification Experience working to production targets or deadlines
