are a modern-craft, family run bakery manufacturer and we believe our colleagues make our business what it is. Working closely with leading UK supermarkets and retailers, we specialise in high-volume production of top quality, artisan bakery products.

Country Style Foods are growing and having secured new business, we are now recruiting for additional Bakery Production Operatives to join our dedicated and friendly Day Shift Team. These are permanent positions, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern of 06:00 - 18:00.

If you have previous manufacturing experience, you will start on 13.35 per hour with progression opportunities leading to higher pay. If you have no previous experience, we have a starter rate at 12.35 per hour with a training programme to help you achieve pay increases as you develop.

The role involves a variety of different tasks from preparation of dough, mixing, pasting, and packing, ready for despatch to our customers across the UK. Training is available for everyone with great opportunities to progress and build a career at Country Style Foods.

What we can offer you!

13.35 per hour with proven manufacturing experience

12.35 per hour without previous manufacturing experience, with a training plan to help you achieve pay increases as you develop

Overtime opportunities allowing you to earn between 169 and 183 extra per day (gross)
