About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bakery Shop Assistant. You will be the face of our shop, serving customers with a smile, preparing food and drinks, and helping to keep the bakery clean and welcoming.
Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner Prepare and serve bakery items, coffees, and light food Operate the till and handle cash/card payments Ensure cleanliness of the shop and food preparation areas Assist with stocking and maintaining displays Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not essential (full training will be given) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Basic food hygiene knowledge (training can be provided)
Schedule
Full-time position
Monday to Saturday with one day off Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
