Summary



As a Bakery Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in the bakery, ensuring high-quality food production and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will utilise your leadership and team management skills to guide staff in food safety and culinary practices. Your experience in hospitality and restaurant environments will be essential in fostering a positive team atmosphere. Additionally, your expertise in food preparation and cooking will enhance our offerings, making you a vital part of our commitment to excellence in the bakery.

Qualifications



Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with a focus on baking techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Experience in food production and restaurant operations is preferred but not essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.21 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
