Bakery Supervisor
Job Description
Don Millers Bakery, Luton Town Centre LU1 2TL
We seek an experienced baker who is well versed with trending bakery items and is able to innovate and develop products in line with that and lead a team of juniors.
The position involves in the preparation of our confectionery products to a consistent and high standard. The role will involve weighing the ingredients, mixing and depositing batters, and baking off cakes and savoury products.
Ideally, you will be:
- comfortable working within a food production environment
- will have some baking experience
- able to lift sacks up to 12.5kg
- be organised and able to multitask
- be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- looking for a long-term opportunity
Working schedule is from Monday to Saturday (6 days) from 4am - 9am/10am.
Full training will be given.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 18,000.00-24,000.00 per year
