Ronzio Bakery - Supervisor Position (with Barista Experience)

We are looking for an energetic, hands on

Supervisor

to help launch and lead our Ronzio Brand, in our Brand New Ronzio Bakery situated on bustling Dumbarton Road, Glasgow. This role is perfect for someone who loves great coffee, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating a warm welcoming atmosphere.

What you'll do:

Lead and support a small, friendly team Deliver high-quality barista service and maintain our excellent coffee standards prepping hot and cold drinks from lattes to milkshakes Serve a small number of tables and ensure outstanding customer experience Keep the bakery clean, organised and inviting Carry out light Food Preparation (Fresh Filled Rolls, Fresh Waffles, Ice Cream, Sandwiches, pastries etc.) Daily Operations such as ordering, stock control open and closing duties Manage/train staff, staff rotas, sickness reporting and holiday requests

What We're Looking For:

Previous

Barista Experience

is essential Supervisory or Team Leader experience is preferred Strong organisational skills especially with rotas and staff planning Positive Attitude, Strong Work Ethic and Great Communication Skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and presentation Reliable, friendly and passionate about hospitality

Pay: 13.00-13.80 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
