The Role

We're looking for a

Bakery Supervisor

to join our production team and support the smooth running of night operations.
You'll play a key role in maintaining standards, leading by example, and ensuring every donut leaving the bakery meets Whocult's high expectations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing donut topping and decorating to ensure consistent presentation Carrying out cleaning and preparation duties to maintain hygiene and readiness Working efficiently to production timelines and maintaining high-quality standards Supporting management with daily operations and decision-making Supervising and motivating team members during night shifts Taking charge in the

Manager's absence

Training new staff

and ensuring team performance aligns with company expectations

Stock control

and accurate record-keeping of ingredients and supplies

What We're Looking For

Previous

supervisory or team leader experience

in a bakery, kitchen, or production setting Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure Confident communication and leadership skills

Driving licence or reliable transport

for early-hour shifts - not including public transport Passion for quality, creativity, and teamwork

Pay: 13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
