About

YOU

:

We are on the look for a selfdriven chef, able to work in a team (we like to call it FAMILY!) ideally with baking experience, able to make some focaccias and pasta making.

Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes to a high standard. Manage assigned sections of the kitchen (pasta, mains, starters, or desserts). Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). Manage ordering and stock control.
Requirements:

Min 2 years of proven experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and presentation. Experience in bakery and doughs preparation.
We offer:

Full-time contract. Up to 15.50 per hour plus service charge. Familiar and dynamic working environment. Career development opportunities within the restaurant.
