Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with the bakery team to meet production goals and deadlines. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of baking techniques.

Experience

Previous experience in food production or preparation is preferred. Culinary experience or formal training in baking is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment will be beneficial. A passion for baking and a willingness to learn new skills are key attributes for success in this role.
