1. To participate in and undertake regular Audits relating to the Cleaning Specifications/Schedules. 2. To act as site contact for pest control issues, liaising with the contractor and to maintain records, ensuring that the Hotel Services Manager is aware of related issues.
3. To undertake housekeeping duties as necessary. 4. Always maintain client and staff confidentiality.
5. To always maintain client and staff privacy and dignity. 6. Liaise with the Assistant Support Services Business Manager and / or Senior Hotel Services Supervisor, team colleagues, Ward Managers and other ward staff, departmental staff, or other agencies as required or requested by the Assistant Support Services Business Manager.
7. Demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills. 8. Demonstrate an awareness of the need for sensitivity, tolerance and impartiality.
