Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their condition to the medical team. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Uphold hygiene standards and infection control protocols within the clinical environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices. Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Empathy and compassion towards patients, demonstrating a caring attitude at all times. Capability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
