Job Description

Are you a Registered Nurse, working in the NHS or private sector, possibly a newly Qualified Nurse? Or Nursing Student qualifying in the next year.
We have full and part time hours available.
A post in Longleat Ward may be just right for you. We will provide a bespoke induction and training programme to support your professional development and career aspirations.
The Unit Provides Sub Acute Care, Rehabilitation and End of Life care for the residents of Wiltshire. This is an innovative unit with an integrated multi-disciplinary team.
Clinical leadership is provided by a team of Consultant Nurses across the organisation, supporting the Clinical team of Doctors, ACPs, Therapists, Nurses, Support workers and Health Care Assistants, ensuring individual holistic care for the people we care for as well as support for their carers and families.
We provide the training, support and professional development you need to become a confident, competent Registered Nurse, delivering high standards of care within a Unit that you can be proud of.
We are open to conversations around flexible working patterns and would consider day or night only contracts for the right candidate. As well as standard 7.5 hr shifts and long days.

Main duties of the job
Registered Nurse, Assessing, planning, Implementing and Evaluating Nursing Care. Supervising and supporting, Nursing Associates, Junior staff, and students.
You will put to use your strong communication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
You'll care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work to help us continue to change things for the better. We feel passionate that everyone should feel valued when they come into contact with our organisation, whether that's you, someone we care for or the wider community we operate in.

You will be a NMC registered Nurse, you will have the ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
