Main Duties and Responsibilities In this patient-facing role, you will be an essential part of the ward-based pharmacy team. Your core duties will involve: Conducting accurate medicine reconciliation for new and existing patients.

Supporting the safe and effective administration of medicines (ATOME). Providing expert advice and information on medicines to both patients and healthcare staff. Utilising your ACT qualification to manage dispensary workflows and supervise technical staff. Ensuring the accurate and timely supply of medications to wards and departments.

Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to optimise patient treatment plans. Upholding the highest standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
