(usually alternate Saturday mornings), although exact hours may vary slightly based on the clinic's needs. Flexibility in scheduling is available for the right candidate.

The Role
This is a
maternity cover position
working approximately
27-30 hours per week
, including
some evening and weekend shifts
as part of the rota.
You will:
Assess, diagnose, and treat a varied MSK caseload
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
Develop individualised treatment plans with patients
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic team
There may be opportunities to
extend the contract beyond the maternity cover period
, subject to service needs and successful performance.

Essential Requirements
BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
HCPC registration
Strong MSK assessment and treatment skills
For Band 5 applicants:
several years' post-qualification experience in MSK physiotherapy
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in private practice
Additional training in manual therapy, rehabilitation, or pain management
Interest in mentoring, service development, or expanding clinical skills
