Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of employee relations issues, including absence management, investigations, and disciplinary procedures. Manage a diverse caseload of employment matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Support the implementation of organisational change programmes. Deliver training sessions to line managers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to handle HR issues confidently.
Respond to first-line HR queries from staff via the HR Enquiries inbox and phone system, on a rota basis. Advise managers across the Trust on the interpretation and application of employment policies and procedures. .
