Exciting Locum Opportunity in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist (Band 6/7) to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team in Aylesbury. Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive assessments and implement individualised treatment plans for children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions under the CAMHS Crisis framework.
Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic support.
Support children and young people with effective interventions that promote emotional well-being and functional development.
Contribute to service planning and improvements within a fast-paced, supportive clinical environment.

Requirements
Professional qualification and HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist (or Social Work/Nursing equivalent).
Minimum 2 years' experience working within CAMHS or child and adolescent mental health or parenting services.
Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental, behavioural, and emotional health presentations in young people.
A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
