The Temporary Staffing Office is the primary supplier of all temporary Admin and Clerical staff to Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. We're currently recruiting Admin and Clerical Officers for both short-term and long-term placements in a range of departments throughout the Trust.



What skills are we looking for?



Accurate typing and strong keyboard skills



General administrative tasks - filing, photocopying, and more



Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal



Reception and front desk experience



Confidence using databases and IT systems

As a member of the Bank team, you will be required to work across a variety of departments within the Trust. This role demands flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to quickly integrate into different teams and environments to ensure continuity of service.

Responding to external and internal telephone queries from staff, patients and

others and referring to appropriate person.



Communicates with a range of staff, users and visitors to the Trust /

Department utilizing a variety of communication methods including verbal,

electronic and passing information in a format that is appropriate to the

individual request.



Filing of reports and results.



Typing of minutes
