We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Administrator to join our team at HMP Belmarsh, a category A Prison located in Southeast London.
Hours
The site currently offers Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm - this is a bank position so would be as and when needed.
You can work a max of 22.5 hours per week on bank.
Salary
14.35 per hour

What you'll be doing
As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
• Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.

Qualifications required

• English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills
• A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
• Good IT skills and IT literacy
• Ability to work within a busy environment
