Duties

Deliver personalised care in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring all needs are met with dignity and respect. Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, light household task and meal preparation. Support clients in maintaining their independence and social engagement. Maintain accurate records of care provided, including updates to care plans as required. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the wider care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services. Drive between different locations as needed, ensuring timely and safe transportation for clients. Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including infection control procedures. Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

Valid driving licence with experience in driving safely and responsibly. Previous experience providing home care is desirable. A real desire to care. Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes. Compassionate attitude with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
