Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care to residents Assist residents with daily activities and tasks Ensure residents' dignity and privacy are maintained at all times Follow care plans and report any changes in residents' health to the senior staff Support the nursing team in delivering medical interventions Engage with residents in meaningful activities and provide companionship Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care assistant role is desirable but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic nature Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic understanding of health and safety regulations Commitment to providing the highest standard of care
