To be successful in this role, you will need to
:
- If you have an NVQ 2 or willing to undertake the qualification, or you are looking for an introduction to working in care.
-Physically fit and have right personality to carry out duties and responsibilities to support resident's needs.
-Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
-Able to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
-Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- All training will be provided but previous experience would be advantage.
- Above all that, you need to have caring heart and be supportive to our residents to maximise the experience living with us in DurhamGate.
