In this role, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care by:



Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting Administering medication as prescribed Assisting with meal preparation and feeding Engaging in conversations and providing companionship Monitoring and documenting the individual's progress and any changes in their condition

What's required:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Compassionate and empathetic approach to care Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good communication skills
