We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Oversee the kitchen staff during meal preparation and service, providing guidance and support as needed. Assist in menu planning, including the selection of seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes. Maintain an organised kitchen environment, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary to ensure availability. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually enhance the dining experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and culinary skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively lead kitchen staff and collaborate with other team members. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes that showcase culinary artistry. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
