We are seeking a dedicated Bank Domestic / Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with meal preparation, and supporting overall household or facility needs. Duties

Perform general cleaning duties to ensure all areas are hygienic, organised, and presentable Assist with meal preparation, including food safety practices and basic cooking tasks Support catering activities for events or daily service requirements Prepare ingredients and assist with food presentation in line with culinary standards Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and storing supplies appropriately Serve meals or refreshments as required, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and cleaning procedures Organise supplies and stock levels to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas

Experience

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and kitchen hygiene practices is advantageous Experience in meal preparation or food service roles will be considered a plus Familiarity with general cleaning routines and organisational skills are beneficial A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and supporting team members is essential
