Bank Nursery Practitioner

- a role where you can pick shifts that suit your lifestyle while making a real difference to children's lives. This role will involve travel between all of our Leicester nurseries, covering shifts when and where you're needed.

The Role

As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you'll support our permanent teams during busy periods, holidays, and staff absences. You'll work across different rooms and age groups, helping us maintain the high standards of care and education we're known for.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering engaging, high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS Supporting children's development through play and planned activities Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Following safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
About You

We're looking for flexible, enthusiastic practitioners who share our passion for early years.

You'll need:

A

full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

(essential) Previous nursery or childcare experience A positive, adaptable, team-focused approach Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
