Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of meals following set recipes and portion sizes Ensure the kitchen areas are kept clean and sanitized at all times Support the kitchen team in organizing stock and ingredients Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment Assist with serving meals to residents or patients as required
Qualifications
------------------
Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare, nursing, or catering industry Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
