As a valued member of our team, you'll work flexibly between both homes, receiving the same high-quality training, support, and career growth opportunities as our permanent staff. Our homes have been proudly serving the community for over 40 years and are both rated 'Good' by the CQC.

What We Offer:

Flexible Working:

Although this is a zero-hour role, we offer regular opportunities to pick up shifts throughout the week.

Night shifts

: 12-hour shifts.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in care is a bonus but not required. We provide a comprehensive induction programme along with ongoing support and guidance to ensure your success. A passion for delivering person-centred care. Flexibility to work across both Seaford and Eastbourne homes as required. A commitment to maintaining the dignity, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
