Location: Two Specialist Homes on One Vibrant Site | 6-Bed Bungalow & 12-Bed Dementia/Mental Health Unit

Our site is home to two specialist care environments:

A 6-bed bungalow supporting adults with neurodiversity and complex mental health needs, where behaviours that challenge may occasionally arise. A 12-bed unit offering tailored care for individuals living with dementia and mixed mental health conditions, in a warm, respectful setting.
You'll be working alongside experienced professionals to support 18 incredible individuals, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in a place they call home.

What You'll Do:

Support with daily personal care - including washing, dressing, and grooming Assist with meal preparation and feeding, encouraging choice and independence Offer companionship and build trusting, therapeutic relationships Help with light housekeeping to keep living spaces safe and comfortable Administer medication (with training and under supervision) Escort residents to appointments or community-based activities Observe and report changes in wellbeing to support health and safety
