```Job Summary:```

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to 12 individuals in need of care, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

```Duties:```

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Help with meal preparation and feeding

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up

- Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional

- Escort clients to appointments or social outings

- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

```Qualifications:```

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
