CW Medicines Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team on a flexible, as-needed basis. Based within the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing outpatient pharmacy service within one of the UK's leading NHS Foundation Trusts.
We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive, solution-focused approach to daily operations. The ideal candidate will have substantial prior experience as a Pharmacist and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. You'll work closely with the Superintendent Pharmacist to uphold the high standards expected by the GPhC, the Trust, and our patients.

Job Summary
To ensure the safe, efficient and effective delivery of all aspects of the Outpatient Pharmacy Service to patients and users by maintaining high standard of professionalism and safety in accordance with national and local standards (GPhC and DoH).
To provide leadership and act as a role model for all staff within CW Medicines Ltd
To contribute to the efficient management and administration of the business

Relevant Experience:
Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council

Significant experience working as a Pharmacist

Evidence of advanced clinical knowledge, eg. postgraduate clinical qualification, or equivalent experience

Experience as a qualified pharmacist in a number of different settings and roles including temporary or day to day management

Experience of developing a business or organisation and the staff team, or having been part of such a new team

Knowledge:
Understanding of Primary and Secondary Care prescribing issues

Extensive knowledge of the legislation and guidance relating to management of medicines
