Inspired Children's Club is looking for
enthusiastic, reliable Bank Playworkers
to support our Before and After School Clubs.
As a valued member of our team, you'll step in when needed to ensure our children continue to receive safe, fun, and high-quality care.
What You'll Do
Inspire and Engage:
Deliver fun and creative play activities for children aged 4-11.
Ensure Safety:
Supervise and escort children safely to and from school.
Support Learning:
Help children explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop positive relationships.
Work as a Team:
Collaborate with staff, parents, and schools to create a warm, nurturing environment.
Promote Inclusion:
Encourage all children to participate and feel valued.

Who We're Looking For
Experience or enthusiasm for working with children aged 4-11.
A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to teamwork.
An understanding of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
Flexibility to work across multiple sites as required.
Must already hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
(essential for immediate start).
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable but not essential.
