We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including conducting health assessments and administering vaccinations. Assist with chronic disease management and health promotion activities. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients on health management, medication usage, and lifestyle changes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with relevant experience in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support effective patient care. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Previous experience in a primary care or practice nursing role is advantageous but not essential. Pay: 30.00 per hour
