Job Description
The practice nurse will work independently as part of the nursing team providing general nursing care to patients as directed by the nursing team lead, including but not limited to: Cytology Long Term condition management (Asthma/COPD/Diabetes) Routine immunisations/childhood immunisations in line with the national and local patient group directives Vaccinations Venepuncture Wound care Accurately maintain and document patient medical records Any other delegated duties appropriate to the post
