Bank Retail Driver (casual)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bank Retail Driver (Casual) to join our retail operation team. As a driver you will support both our non-furniture and furniture shops. In the non-furniture role, you will collect and distribute donations across Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Hertfordshire. You will work as part of a two-person team to collect and deliver furniture from private addresses, representing Keech Hospice to the general public. Join us in making a difference in the community while being part of a highly rated and supportive team.

What you will do



Demonstrate high standards of customer service Collect and deliver donated and new goods across our retail estate Collect and distribute donations to our non-furniture shops Collect and deliver furniture items from private addresses Operate long and medium wheel base Hi-Top Ford Transit vans or similar vehicle Support the overall logistics of the retail fleet and Distribution Centre Represent Keech Hospice positively to the public Some heavy lifting

Essential



Must be over 21 years old (for insurance purposes) Full, clean driving licence Experience driving long and medium wheel base Hi-Top Ford Transit vans or similar Ability to perform heavy lifting

Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice (Available Monday-Friday 9-5pm) Strong teamwork skills
