About Us:

We are a welcoming, non-profit preschool located in a spacious, well-equipped church hall. Our setting offers a warm, nurturing, curious space where children aged 2-5 years can learn, explore, and grow. Guided by the EYFS framework, we focus on creativity, individuality, and holistic development.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our bank staff team--someone who can step in and support us when needed. You'll need:

At least two years' experience in an early years setting. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). SENCo experience or confidence in supporting children with additional needs. A flexible, can-do attitude, willing to help cover shifts and work closely with a small team. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for engaging young minds.

Hours:

The preschool is open Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM. Bank staff will be offered hours within this timeframe, so flexibility is key.
