Our Early Years Practitioners are the backbone of Kingwood Children - they bring their knowledge, experience and natural enthusiasm to deliver outstanding teaching and learning, enabling children to achieve their full potential. We encourage our Practitioners to work collaboratively and in an inclusive style: supporting and mentoring less experienced team members. It goes without saying that Practitioners should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with our children and their families, and to foster a love of the outdoors and the magic of the natural world.
