Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bank Staff Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of young children within a nurturing and stimulating environment. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that encourages curiosity and learning. Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development through positive guidance and communication. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure consistent care and support for each child. Manage daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and play sessions efficiently. Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Level 2 childcare qualification. Proven experience working with children within a childcare setting. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to organise tasks efficiently whilst maintaining a caring approach towards children's individual needs. A genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
