AVIBID LIMITED is looking to build a team of flexible and dedicated Bank Residential Support Workers to support the children and young people in our care. This role offers flexibility for those who may have other commitments but still want to make a meaningful impact in a professional, child-focused setting.
As a Bank Support Worker, you'll cover shifts on an as-needed basis, supporting the regular staff team during busy periods, staff absences, or holidays. Your presence will help maintain the stability, safety, and structure that young people in residential care rely on.
Key Responsibilities
Provide care and support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
Assist with daily routines, including meals, appointments, education, and recreational activities.
Support children with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development.
Ensure that all safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning as required.
Work collaboratively with the permanent care team to ensure consistency of care.

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health and Social Care (preferred).
Understanding of safeguarding and the needs of looked-after children.
Full UK driving licence (required for this role).
