Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting individuals, particularly children, in their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
We have a 3 bed EBD, but also have opportunities in other homes if this suits you.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to implement care plans effectively. A background in childcare or experience working with children is highly desirable.
Key Points
Shift: 10pm till 10am
We provide diploma training for Level 3 qualification or equivalent in children care
Children residential home experience preferred
13.50 to 15.50 an hour depending on experience
We DO NOT offer sponsorship
Duties
Implement and monitor care plans tailored to individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of progress and any changes in the individual's condition.
Keep children in care safe, following safeguarding
May have to physically restrain a child
Qualifications
Previous experience in childcare or working with children is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and families.
Familiarity with following care plans is beneficial.
IT skills to assist clients with technology-related tasks would be an asset.
A compassionate nature and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: 13.50-15.50 per hour
