Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality support to children and young people within the residential setting. Ensure the welfare, safety, and well-being of all children in your care. Support children with day-to-day activities and help create a positive and nurturing environment. Assist with activities that promote personal development, social skills, and independence. Help maintain and develop positive relationships with children, staff, and families. Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.
What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in a residential care setting. Ability to work on your initiative and as part of a team. A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children and young people. A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Flexibility to work on a bank basis, including evenings, weekends, and nights as required. Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist with this if necessary).
